Step into your power with "Embodying the Empress." In this tarot-led workshop, we'll explore the energies of the Empress card, and how to more deeply embody her wisdom. Through discussion, meditation, and reflective writing you'll connect to how this archetype shows up in your life, and uncover practical ways to expand these energies for personal empowerment.  You'll leave with actionable insights about how to connect with the nurturing, creative, and growth-oriented aspects of the Empress. No prior tarot experience required.

What you'll do: Interactive discussion, group exercises, guided meditation, prompted journaling

What you'll explore: Your relationship to self-care and the mind-body connection, creative expression and what you want to bring into the world, personal value and growth beyond external validation
